What happens next once I book a session?
What should I bring to the photo session?
Should I do anything to prepare my pet for their photo session?
What happens once the session is done?
Once you book a session, we will confirm your session within 24 hours. Once confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of $100 must be sent to petboothbystef@gmail.com via e-transfer. You will then receive a contract for you to sign and send back along with a questionnaire about your session. The full amount of your session must be paid on the day of your session.
We recommend bringing your pets favourite treats and/or favourite toy to help them pose. Also, if you have any outfits or props that you would like to incorporate in the photos, bring it along!
If your pet is high energy, we recommend a little play time or a long walk before their session to tire them out a bit. If your pet is regularly groomed, we recommend timing their hair cut with their session. We want to see their beautiful eyes!
We will work promptly in sending you an online proof gallery with all the watermarked photos from your session. You will get to choose the photos you would like edited and you will have a choice to purchase more photos or any add-ons. The amount of photos you will receive is indicated on the package you have chosen. We do not share the RAW unedited photos as it's not a true and complete representation of our work. You will receive your final edited photos in about 1-2 weeks after your selection has been submitted.
